SiteForge is the software small-to-medium construction companies keep open because it removes the slowest, most expensive admin between a site event and getting paid for it. It is the speed layer, the approval layer, the site-access layer and the labour-confidence layer — built on the Microsoft 365 licences a builder already pays for.
The problem
The margin leaks between the site and the office
Most builders already have software that estimates, invoices and cost-codes their jobs. What they do not have is a fast, traceable way to turn what actually happens on site — a variation, a rain day, an extension-of-time claim, a delayed delivery — into an approved, recoverable, documented decision. That gap is where margin, cash flow and programme certainty quietly disappear.
SiteForge closes the time between event and recovery. It does not replace the financial backbone — it makes builders faster at getting decisions, documenting changes, controlling site access and converting field reality into approved, commercially recoverable action.

Directors see the portfolio the way a board needs to: contract value, revenue recognised, margin at risk, variation exposure and a live heatmap of which sites are running hot. Approvals stuck for thirty days, unapproved variations and QA failures all surface as commercial risk before they become a write-off.

ClientFlow
Turns messy site events into structured, client-facing approvals, then into contract-ready, signature-ready documents. Variations, rain-day and extension-of-time claims, delay notices and site instructions — captured, sent and tracked. This is the flagship.
Site Passport
Every worker, subcontractor and visitor scans in and gets role-based access to live site information — plans, SWMS, inductions, permits, the daily brief and their assigned tasks. Fewer phone calls, no wrong-version drawings.
Presence Verification
Attendance confidence, not surveillance. Geofenced check-ins and anomaly flags give supervisors a defensible, payroll-ready record — lawful, consent-based and restricted to who needs it.
Field-to-Commercial
The connective tissue. It links operational events to their financial and time consequences — issue to RFI to variation, diary event to rain-day claim, procurement delay to schedule risk — so management gets earlier warning and cleaner recovery.
Teams Action Layer
Approvals, alerts and escalations land in Microsoft Teams, where people already work. A supervisor can review and act on a variation without living inside another app all day — which is what makes adoption stick.
Buildxact Connector
Partnership, not replacement. Approved variations, PO triggers and labour summaries sync to Buildxact so it stays the commercial backbone and SiteForge becomes the operational-intelligence layer on top. Nothing gets ripped out.

Tasks, problems and compliance, on the phone
The core field screens — tasks, problems, site diary, compliance and check-in — are built to be minimal and to work offline, then reconcile when the signal comes back. Supervisors and crews get exactly what they need for the day and nothing they don’t.

The core runs on standard Microsoft 365 — SharePoint and Canvas Apps — so most internal users need no premium Power Platform licence. The value comes out of an investment the business already makes.
Field-ready
Offline-capable core screens for sites with poor connectivity, on phone, tablet and desktop, with role-gated navigation that hides what a user does not need.
Low friction
Actions land in Teams, files live in SharePoint, and it integrates with Buildxact rather than competing with it. Adoption rises when the tool fits how a business already runs.

A venture IGS is building now
SiteForge began as a working prototype and is being rebuilt on the Microsoft 365 platform — multi-user, secure, licence-efficient and offline-capable in the field. Delivery is phased and each phase is usable: core field operations first, then the ClientFlow workflow engine, compliance and Site Passport, contract capture, and finally the Director Boardroom analytics and Buildxact connector. It is developed and backed by Inform Global Solutions, drawing on twenty-five years of process design and Power Platform delivery.
